I am taking a few minutes out my busy day to provide you with feedback regarding excellent customer service that I have received from Mr. Anthony Andresen.  I met Anthony over a year ago when he worked at the Kuni Sacramento Cadillac dealership when I experienced a "not so pleasant" quality of service from the repair personnel.  Anthony was patient, courteous, and articulate in explaining the problems even though they were out of his control and I was extremely impressed by his professionalism. Since I work in Stockton, I decided to start taking my CTS for service to Mataga and low and behold I see that Mr. Andresen had transferred to the Mataga dealership. Not only did I continue to experience quality service from Anthony, he just recently resolved the repair issue that Kuni could not resolve back in March.
